Common Room for rent with cool professional housemates. Its a 3 bedroom apartment. Master room is occupied by a married couple (1 British and 1 Filipina). The other common room is occupied by me a Filipino professional.
Common room is Aircon, queen size bed, wardrobe, bed side table and a desk. Toilet will be shared with me (The other common room occupant) as the masters bedroom has own toilet. Cooking is allowed. Apartment is 8mins walk to Novena MRT and is walking distance to many food place and grocery at Balestier road. We are all friends in the house and decided to live with each other. The common room available is currently occupied by another friend that is leaving to relocate outside Singapore. We are easy going people. All we need is a clean, easy going housemate.
